How to become a Sponsor

What do the sponsors receive?

  • Logo and link on the Cup web site (this site)
  • Logo on the pocket guide distributed to each player
  • Logo on poster(s) at the tournament
  • Sponsors introduced and logos shown on big screen at the party & prize ceremony
 

      In addition

  • Platinum and Gold sponsors will have their logo on the official scorecard
  • Platinum and Gold Cash sponsors can have play fees added to their sponsor contribution (consult task force for details)
  • Platinum sponsors do not need to pay the registration fee (3,000 yen)
 

      Becoming a Hole Sponsor (only for gold and platinum)

  • Platinum sponsors can sponsor a hole for free. We will produce an A1 size poster for you with your choice of content and you can do some of your own promotion at the certain hole. 
  • If a Gold sponsor would like to sponsor a hole, there is an additional fee of 50,000 yen. 

Although Mercedes-Benz and Cole Haan have already been selected as the Title Sponsors, we welcome also other sponsors.

To receive the maximum benefit, please sign up as a sponsor as soon as possible to obtain full visibility when the tournament is announced to the members of all the chambers and business organizations.

Sponsoring with a combination of both 

Note regarding goods/services sponsoring

Sponsorship involving goods and services (prizes) should be directed at and be useful to individuals rather than companies. Redemption of the goods or services (prizes) should not require an undue or unfair financial burden, have strings attached, or complicated redemption requirements. 

The proposed goods and services must be itemized with a per unit value and submitted to the organizing task-force for approval and all subsequent changes to the sponsorship similarly needs to be approved. 

The task-force reserves right to accept or reject any offers and may request to see samples. For goods (prizes) with the sponsoring companies’ corporate logo applied (e.g., promotional premiums) the task-force reserves the right to assign the value for the purpose of deciding the sponsorship level.
